Will it fit my chair? It's 43 × 16 inches and straps on. It fits office chairs, dining chairs and recliners. On a very small chair the top nodes may sit above your shoulders — still fine, just use upper-back mode.

Is it too strong? Most people start on the lowest setting with the nodes retracted and work up. If it's still too firm, use it over a t-shirt.

How long do I use it? Fifteen minutes, once or twice a day. It has an auto-timer.
