These terms apply to sitaloa.com and to anything you buy from us. Buying from us means you accept them. We've tried to write them in plain English rather than legal fog.

1. Who we are

Sitaloa is an online retailer based in Israel, selling to customers in the United States and fulfilling orders from a warehouse in the United States. You can reach a real person at support@sitaloa.com.

2. Our products are not medical devices

This is the most important thing on this page.

Sitaloa products are wellness and comfort products. They are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing we publish — on this site, in emails, or in advertising — is medical advice, and none of it should replace what a qualified healthcare professional tells you.

Please talk to your doctor before using our products if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electrical device, have had a recent injury or surgery, or have thrombosis, inflammation, swelling, or cancer. If a product causes you pain or discomfort, stop using it.

You use our products at your own discretion and risk.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but mistakes happen. If we discover a pricing or description error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will never quietly charge you more than you agreed to.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. We do not operate subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing of any kind, and we do not store your card details for future charges you did not request.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, return rights and refunds are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: free US shipping, 3–5 business days from within the US, and a 60-night trial with a full refund and return shipping paid by us.

6. Using this site

Please don't use our site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it at scale, or to impersonate someone. We may suspend access if you do.

7. Our content

The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to Sitaloa. You're welcome to share links. Please don't copy our content to sell competing products.

8. Reviews and anything you post

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you're giving us permission to show it on our site and in our marketing. We will not edit a review to change what you meant, and we do not publish reviews we wrote ourselves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your own country or state.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
